Design services agreement
This agreement outlines how we deliver design services and collaborate with clients.
Core Terms
1. Scope of Services
Services may include visual identity, publishing design, marketing visuals, and digital product design. Specific deliverables are defined in the project scope.
2. Project Timeline
Timelines are agreed before the project starts. Delays in client feedback or assets may extend the timeline.
3. Payments
Projects are billed as fixed fees or packages. A deposit may be required to begin work.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included according to the selected package. Additional rounds may be billed separately.
5. Ownership & Usage
Upon final payment, the client owns the approved deliverables. Source files are transferred only if agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary content and assets
- Ensure rights to all materials submitted
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
7. Lawful Information
Clients must provide accurate and lawful information. Requests to use third‑party or fake details will be refused.
8. Limitation of Liability
ICO Creative Studio is not liable for third‑party platform decisions or business performance outcomes.
