These terms govern how projects are delivered by ICO Creative Studio.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging ICO Creative Studio for design services, you agree to these terms and any written project scope.
2. Services
We provide graphic design services for publishing, branding, marketing visuals, and digital products. We are not a publishing or marketing agency.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, assets, and approvals
- Confirm rights to use all materials provided
- Review deliverables before publication or use
4. Payments
Project fees are fixed by package or proposal. Payment terms are outlined on the invoice or agreement.

5. Revisions

The client retains ownership of their content and final approved deliverables. Source files are transferred only when agreed in writing.
7. Lawful Use
Clients must provide accurate and lawful information. We do not create or support fake accounts or use of third‑party details.
8. Limitation of Liability
ICO Creative Studio is not responsible for third‑party platform decisions, account suspensions, or performance results.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
